How to make tea

Put 3~5g tea leaves into a 150ml gaiwan or 200ml teapot, then pour boiling water of  95~100℃ to the teapot for black teas or oolong teas but cold down the boiling water to 80℃ for green teas.  Discard the 1st infusing immediately.  Then take about 2~3 minutes for 2nd infusing, and increase the steeping times for subsequently infusing.  Totally 4~6 infusing is enough.

將 3~5克的茶葉放入 150毫升的蓋碗或 200毫升的茶壺中，如果是紅茶或烏龍茶水溫約攝氏 95~100度，所以將煮沸的水倒入茶壺中，如果是綠茶水溫約攝氏 80度，所以等煮者沸的水降溫再注入茶壺中；第一泡等水注入後立刻倒出，第一泡等水注入後約 2~3 分鐘即可將茶水倒出享用，之後的每一泡都要延長些時間；共約可泡 4~6泡。
