Sencha

 

Sencha is a Japanese style green tea. It is traditional steamed tea. There are steaming, rolling and drying processes to make Sencha. Steaming and light roast can preserve fresh aroma and vivid green color of tea leaves.

 

Spring Sencha contains Vitamin AC E and Amino acid. Amino acid causes aroma and sweetness on tea taste. Summer Sencha contains more Tannin and caffeine.

 

The best Sencha is spring tea, which is made from new bud first harvest between April and May. Its taste is smooth, sweet with fresh aroma.

 

 


煎茶

 

煎茶是日式綠茶。它是傳統的蒸菁茶。煎茶的製程是蒸菁、揉捻和乾燥三個工序蒸菁和輕培保留了煎茶的清新氣息及鮮綠的顏色。

  

煎茶的春茶富含維生素 AC E 和胺基酸。胺基酸使得茶葉帶有新鮮的氣味及甜味。煎茶的夏茶則富含單寧及咖啡因

Dragon Well tea

Dragon Well (Long Jing) tea

 

Dragon Well tea is Long Jing tea. It is one of green teas. Green teas are non-fermented teas, which no withering on processing. There is press processing only for Dragon Well tea to make it flat and long in shape. Dragon Well tea maker must pay attentions to the time and temperature of fring and drying, otherwise the tea leaves will be broken easily. There are two styles for green teas: Chinese style and Japanese style. Chinese style is fring (fixation) tea leaves and Japanese style is steaming tea leaves. Dragon Well is fring green tea.

 

Dragon Well tea is from Sanxia District, New Taipei City. There’s no any pollution in Sanxia District, and Dragon Well tea is only from Sanxia District in Taiwan. Our Dragon Well tea is from the tea garden of organic management, and has nil pesticide residues for SGS 398 pesticides test. Dragon Well tea is hand picked one bud with 2 tender leaves and made from Chinxing Kantzu tea cultivar, which is the tea cultivar only grow in Sanxia tea gardens of Taiwan.

 

Dragon Well tea harvests twice a year during the spring and fall raining seasons. The taste of Dragon Well is very special: fresh aroma, smooth taste with sweet aftertaste.

 

Dragon Well tea has been famous more than one thousand years. There are green color, fresh smell, rich taste and beautiful tea shape for praising Dragon Well tea. Some tea lovers call it “ golden bud “.

  

 

龍井茶

 

龍井茶有兩個英文名字:一個是中文的音譯,另一個是中文的意譯。龍井茶式綠茶,綠茶是未發酵茶,在製程上無日光萎凋步驟。碾壓的製程是龍井茶特有的製程,碾壓使得龍錦茶的葉片扁平及狹長。製作龍井茶的茶師必須非常小心殺菁及乾燥製程的時間及溫度,否則龍井茶會變成易碎的茶葉。綠茶可分為日本式的蒸菁和中式的炒菁兩種。龍井茶是中式的炒菁綠茶。

  

龍井茶是產自新北市的三峽區。三峽區純淨無汙染,且是台灣龍井茶的唯一產區。我們的龍井茶來自有機管理的茶園,茶葉送 SGS 檢測 398 項農藥殘留,檢驗結果是零檢出,亦即無任何農藥殘留。龍井茶是手採青心柑仔一心兩葉製成的茶。青心柑仔是三峽區特有的茶種,只生長在台灣新北市的三峽區。

  

龍井茶年收兩次在春雨及秋雨過後採收。龍井茶的滋味很特殊:清新的香氣、滑潤、香甜及甜蜜的後韻。碧螺春的茶葉是碧綠色並呈現螺狀彎曲且帶有清香的味道。

Biluochun tea

Biluochun tea

 

Biluochun tea is one of green teas. Green teas are non-fermented teas, which contain Vitamin C and Amino acid. More Amino acid the green tea has, better quality the green tea is. There are two styles for green teas: Chinese style and Japanese style. Chinese style is fring (fixation) tea leaves and Japanese style is steaming tea leaves. Biluochun is fring green tea.

 

Biluochun tea is from Sanxia District, New Taipei City. There’s no any pollution in Sanxia District, and Biluochun tea is only from Sanxia District in Taiwan. Our Biluochun tea is from the tea garden of organic management, and has nil pesticide residues for SGS 398 pesticides test. Biluochun is hand picked one bud with 2 tender leaves and made from Chinxing Kantzu tea cultivar, which is the tea cultivar only grow in Sanxia tea gardens of Taiwan.

 

Biluochun teas are harvested twice a year: one is from March to May and the other one is from Oct. to Dec. Biluochun is translated from the tea’s Chinese pronunciation. Biluochun tea is green in color and spiral in shape with fresh smell on tea leaves. There are white tip (bud) on Biluochun, so we will know how tender it is. Bilouchun has not only tender tea leaves, but also fresh smell and taste. There are thousands of buds with tender tea leaves to make only 600 grams Biluochun tea. How precious Biluochun tea is. Biluochun won best in color, aroma, taste and shape.

  

 

碧螺春茶 

 

碧螺春茶是綠茶,綠茶是未發酵茶含有維生素 C 及氨基酸。氨基酸含量愈高,綠茶的品質愈高。綠茶可分為日本式的蒸菁和中式的炒菁兩種。碧螺春茶是中式的炒菁綠茶。

Our organic green tea is MOA certified organic tea from Miaoli County, Taiwan. The tea garden has been organic management and certified for 10 more years. Miaoli government selects teas from this tea garden to be one of Taiwan special gifts for people from China.

 

The tea farmer, Mr. Hsu of our organic green tea has been selected one of Taiwan top 10 excellent farmers. He is the 4th generation of Jih Hsin tea garden, and has 20 more years experiences in tea growing and manufacturing. And he has won the 1st award in Taiwan organic tea competition. He supplies his teas to TAIT too.

 

Mr. Hsu works with tea farmers in Japan and Korea from long time ago, and that is why he figured out the importance of being an organic tea farmer not only for customershealth but also for tea farmershealth. Due to no pesticides, he has to spend more times to weed in farming, get rid of insects and fewer in production. But his tea leaves are natural and healthy. The soil of his tea garden is less pollution.

Alishan Gaba green tea

Alishan Gaba green tea is health tea, and a natural tea product that contains r-aminobutyric acid.  The English acronym for r- aminobutyric acid is Gaba.  Gaba tea was found and developed by Dr. Tsusida at the former national research institute of vegetable, ornamental plants and tea, maff of Japan in 1987. 

 

Unlike the process of making normal green teas, the tea has to undergo vacuum anaerobic fermentation before the process of panning. Then the glutamic acid in the tea will convert into GABA.  GABA tea means each 100 grams of dried GABA tea shall contain at least 150mg of GABA. The higher the GABA content, the more expensive is the GABA tea.

 

The tea garden of Alishan Gaba green tea is in Alishan at the elevation of 1,000 meters.  This tea contains Gaba of 200mg~250mg/per 100g. Regarding GABA green tea, in addition to the fresh aroma of green tea, there’s the unique smell of GABA.

 

阿里山佳葉龍綠茶
